Kyle has a Graduate Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and believes that receiving massage helps nourish our body, mind & spirit, which in return benefits our relationship with ourselves & everyone around us. Kyle's specialty is to give both relaxing and deep massage sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client with a primary focus on pain relief. Kyle brings a client centered approach to each session, tailoring his work to the needs of the individual blending various modalities including Swedish and deep tissue massage, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, reflexology, mobilizations and stretching.
